The Evoke Warriors Youth Wrestling Club ("the club," "we," "us") is a program of Evoke Fitness, 817 Memorial Blvd, Springfield, TN 37172. This page explains what we collect through evokewarriors.net, our text messages and our Facebook page, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: a parent or guardian's name, phone and email, your wrestler's name and age, the age group you pick, experience level, and birthday-party details.
• Signed waivers and medical releases, including your answer on the photo and video release.
• Practice check-ins and the dues tier you choose. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Messages you send us by text, email, Facebook comment or Facebook Messenger.

How we use it

• To confirm spots, run practices, take attendance and keep waivers on file.
• To text or email you about practices, schedule changes, dues and club news.
• To measure how our Facebook ads perform. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Facebook when someone visits the site or sends a signup so we can see which ads bring families in. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences.
• To answer comments and messages on our Facebook page. We use a Facebook app connected only to the club's own page to read comments and messages sent to the page and to post replies and club updates. It does not access your personal Facebook account, friends list or anything outside conversations with our page.

Kids' names and photos

We only post photos or video of a wrestler when their parent or guardian answered YES on the photo and video release. We keep kids' names out of public posts and captions.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the club: our club management software, Stripe for payments, our text and email providers, and USA Wrestling when your wrestler registers to compete. We also share it if the law requires it.

Text messages

We text the number you give us about your signup, practices and club news. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep signup, waiver and attendance records while your family is with the club and as long as we need to for safety, insurance and legal reasons. After that we delete them.

Deleting your information

To have your family's information deleted, including anything from your Facebook comments or Messenger conversations with our page, text or email us with the parent's name and the phone number you signed up with. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm when it's done. Waivers we're required to keep for insurance or legal reasons will be kept only as long as required.

You can also remove our page's access to your Facebook data at any time from your Facebook settings, under Apps and Websites.
